Dedicated Self defense light

It can be bothersome for others as not to have any mode memory but this is what I'm looking for a flashlight that I can use to defend myself with.

Pressing the main switch will go to the higest mode everytime, and easy access to strobe as well but still have an option to lower modes.

While the ceramic balls at the bezel helps with glass breaking for emergency cases to be used on tempered glass.
A stainless steel bezel isn't enough.

I only got 2 cons for this light the battery and the tactical ring placement on the light.

The battery is a proprietary battery that only the Nitecore i series battery can be used other battery will not work.

The tactical ring NTR10 is place almost at the middle of the flashlight body so it is harder to hold, if only they can be clipped on the tailcap area it would be perfect.
