Nitecore Warranty

As an authorized dealer of Nitecore, we offer up to five (5) years warranty (parts and labor) for all Nitecore products purchased from us. Within the warranty period, Nitecore reserves the right to repair, replace the unit, or issue cashback depending on how long the item was purchased.

Below are the warranty periods for different Nitecore products:

The warranty is applicable only to products and accessories listed above.

Nitecore offers limited lifetime warranty which covers labor costs and maintenance except on accessories or replacement parts. Upon the expiration of the warranty period, we will send the items back to Nitecore China for proper action. For warranty claims 1 year or less from date of purchase, the customer will shoulder the local shipping cost. For warranty claims more than a year from date of purchase, the customer will shoulder the local and international shipping costs.

If the item is still under warranty, Nitecore reserves the right to repair or replace defective products with similar or different item of the same or higher value. However, if the product has been discontinued production, Nitecore may issue cash back credit depending on how long the warranty period is left.

Nitecore’s warranty is null and void on any of the following instances:

  1. Failure or damage caused by artificial destruction, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
  2. Failure or damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance
  3. Damage caused by battery leakage.
  4. Damage caused by improper maintenance
  5. Ordinary wear and tear/colour fading
