Spyderco Endura 4 Gray FRN with Emerson Opener Plain Edge Folding Knife

The Emerson opening feature is a wave-like hook found at the top of the knife's blade. When pulling the knife out from a pocket, the Emerson opener catches the pocket's edge and simultaneously opens the knife blade for ready use. You can also take out the knife out of the pocket without engaging the opening feature by simply pulling the knife straight up and out, with your fingers holding the top of the closed blade.

The Spyderco Endura 4 with Emerson Opener features a very sharp and rust resistant VG-10 blade made up of stainless steel with a round hole design and a rugged screw-together construction and phosphor bronze washers. The handle is made up of Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon (FRN) that provides an excellent grip. Both the liner lock and top of the blade have "jimping", which are ridges cut into the metal for your thumb to grip onto and which also helps in handling and closing the knife. The pocket clip holds well and can be adjusted to four different positions to suit how you want to carry your knife.
