STEP 1. Sign up to create an account if you are a first time user. If you already have an account with us, sign in and proceed to Step 3.
STEP 2. Fill in your email address, password, complete name, cellphone number, shipping address, and other required details. You must input information in fields with asterisk (*). Check the reCAPTCHA checkbox and click continue to create an account.
Note: Please make sure to provide a working email address and cellphone number so that we and the courier can contact you in case there is a problem with your package.
STEP 3. Browse our shop and click on the item you wish to buy. For the example below, we have selected Under Armour Men's UA Tech Short Sleeve T-Shirt
STEP 4. In the product page, select the color, size and quantity you wish to buy. Then click “Add to Cart”.
Note: Items in your cart are not automatically reserved to you. You must submit and finish the ordering process and receive an Order Number before the item is reserved to you.
STEP 5. Review the items in your cart. If you are through shopping, click the button “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” if you would like to pay via bank deposit or money remittance.
Note:
If you wish to change the quantity, select the correct quantity then click the button “UPDATE QUANTITY”. The system will notify you that the contents of your cart have been updated. It will also inform you if we do not have enough stock on hand for the quantity you selected.
If you have a discount coupon code, input the code on the right side of the Shopping Cart page then click “Go”. You will see the discount applied to your total.
If you wish to continue shopping for other items, click on "Click here to keep shopping".
STEP 6. Choose your Billing and Shipping Address.
Note:
You can check "My Billing address is the same as my Shipping address" to set the same address for both Shipping and Billing, or uncheck it to set a new Billing address in the next step.
If you want to ship your items to a new address, click the down arrow (▼) and select "Enter new address" from the dropdown. Fill out all the fields required in your new billing/shipping address.
If your total order is below P2,999, the default Flat Rate Per Order will appear. Select this then click the Continue button. But if your order total is P2,999 and above, you can avail free shipping. Select Free Shipping P0.00 and then click the Continue button.
STEP 7. Choose your desired Payment Method.
Important: You must apply the coupon code before you click the "Place Order" button.
If you wish to pay via credit card, select “PayPal” in step 4 of checkout. You will be directed to PayPal checkout page. Sign in to your PayPal account if you have. If none, choose “Pay with my Debit or Credit Card”. Fill in your credit card number, expiration date, cvc, name, billing address, shipping address, email address and mobile number. You have the option to save your information with PayPal if you like.
Note: You do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card. We use PayPal to process credit card payments.

STEP 8. Once you have successfully submitted your order, a confirmation will appear on screen. If you paid via PayPal or credit card, there is nothing else you need to do. If you choose to pay via money remittance or Cash on Delivery (COD), proceed to Step 9.
STEP 9. If you choose to pay via money remittance, please contact us on the day you will send payment so we can give you the name and address of our staff who is present that day and able to claim your payment. Your package will only be shipped out after we have secured your payment. If you choose to pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) we will send you a text message to confirm your order. Your package will be shipped out after we receive your confirmation.
Important:
Payments must be made within one (1) banking day from date of checkout otherwise our system will cancel unpaid orders. Banking days are Monday to Friday. For example, if you check out on Monday, you have until Wednesday to pay. If you check out on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you have until Tuesday to pay. If the due date falls on a regular holiday, you can settle the following banking day. Any request for extension must be made before the end of the two-day reservation period.
After payment has been made, please inform us immediately of the payment details via email at sales@tacticalasia.com or via live chat in our website or FB messenger. After your package is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking info. We do not send the tracking info via text or call.
Your package will be delivered by the courier usually after 1-3 business days from ship-out date or the day we sent your package to the courier if your address is within Metro Manila, 3-15 business days for provincial addresses. A business day does not include Sundays, holidays and the day the package is shipped out.
Note: We shall not be responsible for delays due to incomplete or wrong address, if no one will receive the package, or if consignee is unknown.
