Slide-Glide Tub

The Slide-Glide Tub is a lubricant that protects all firearms against corrosion and wear and considerably improves the operation of any firearm, tool, or machine.  It is specially blended with the highest-grade extreme pressure compound available.

Compared to regular oils and greases, the Slide-Glide provides marked improvement in lubrication.  It is specifically made to be very stringy so that it remains where you applied it indefinitely, an important feature especially in friction areas of the cycling slide and barrel and between other moving parts.  Hence, you will feel the obvious softening of the "felt recoil" in all semi-automatic pistols and it just feels “smoother” when you shoot it.

If you have to choose one viscosity, the Slide-Glide Lite is the perfect choice as it performs well on all firearms in any climate. Furthermore, Slide-Glide Lite is sufficient if you only require maximum protection from wear.  But for maximum recoil dampening, use the thickest viscosity that allows your pistol to function with 100% reliability in the temperature where you shoot.  

For carry or duty pistols where 100% reliability is key, it is recommended that one use the Slide-Glide Lite, and even then only sparingly.  As Slide-Glide is a grease, it will slow down a pistol’s slide speed.

The Slide-Glide also performs well on stainless steel pistols and pistols with polymer frames, and anywhere you would normally apply grease such as in tools, bearings, reloading press, etc.  

Slide-Glide Lite (Thin Viscosity)

Applications:

• 30+ degrees F
• All Firearms:
• Centerfire Pistols: Non-compensated & Compensated
• Rifles: All action types (including Lever Actions)
• AR-15's with lightened bolts
• Shotguns: All action types
• Revolvers (Internal action parts only - not for the cylinder)
• .22's
• "Carry Guns" Applied extremely sparingly for maximum reliability
• It has a thin viscosity making it ideal for all firearms in all climates.  
• Made for "IPSC Open guns" in any temperature and can also be applied on the Glock’s “connector.”

Slide-Glide Standard (Medium Viscosity)

Applications:

• 60+ degrees F
• Semi-automatic, Centerfire:
• Pistols (non-compensated)
• Rifles
• Shotguns

• Slide-Glide Standard was originally blended for "stock-type" pistols in temperatures above 60 degrees. Its viscosity is a little too thick for compensated pistols, .22's, and revolvers.

Slide-Glide Heavy (Thick Viscosity)

Applications: 

• 80+ degrees F
• Semi-automatic, Centerfire Pistols
• Non-compensated pistols only
• Great for Glocks, Sigs, and any pistol with a “loose” frame-to-slide fit.
  (Heavy is too thick for compensated pistols.)
