Shipping Policy
Turnaround
Your package will be delivered by the courier usually after 1-3 business days from ship-out date or the day we sent your package to the courier if your address is within Metro Manila, 3-7 business days for Luzon, 3-12 business days for Visayas and Mindanao. A business day does not include Sundays, holidays and the day the package is shipped out. There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.
Note: Please gives us allowance for preparing and packing your order. You will receive an email notification once your package is actually picked up by the courier usually late afternoon of the day.
Shipping Rates
Tactical Asia charges only a shipping flat rate of P59 for Metro Manila and P159 for provincial addresses. Shipping is FREE for orders P1,499 and above for Metro Manila and P1,999 and above for provincial addresses.
Rush Deliveries, Special Arrangements, etc.
We do not accept rush deliveries and special arrangements as to the exact time your package will be delivered. As we only enlist the services of couriers, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any particular time frame. Moreover, we have no control over weather-related or natural disasters and, as such, we cannot guarantee timely delivery during these unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped out to the courier usually in the late afternoon, our system will update your order status to "Shipped" and email you the tracking number provided by the courier. If you cannot find that email in your inbox, please check your spam folder as sometimes our emails are routed there. You can also log in to your account to view tracking information. To track the delivery status of your package, click this link. Please note that you cannot immediately track your package on the day the package is shipped out. The tracking details in couriers' websites are usually updated the following business day, and can take up to 2 business days for some provincial areas. We are not responsible for any delay and inaccurate updates in their websites. There are some isolated instances when our customers have already received their packages but the tracking is yet to be updated.
We do not send order updates via SMS or text messages. Please ensure that the email address you provided us is valid and working so that you can receive updates on your order.
Returns Policy
Defective Merchandise
If you received an item that has a manufacturer's defect, notify us immediately at sales@tacticalasia.com. We will coordinate with you on the procedure of the return. Your item must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the defective merchandise. Once we receive the item, we will evaluate whether the defect is indeed manufacturer-related. If so, we will ship to you a replacement item free of charge and shoulder shipping cost both ways.
We do not tear open original packaging in blister packs. We exert our best efforts to visually check items for defects before shipping them out. We check for missing parts, damaged items, dents, and such other defects that affect the functionality of the item. Please note we don't screen minor imperfections like stitches in bags that are not perfectly straight or light scratches in knives and tools, which are not uncommon. Also, given the number of items we sell, we cannot guarantee that we are able to spot all types of defects and imperfections, especially hidden ones.
Since we are an online-only shop, and do not have a retail store display, you are assured that all the items we sell are factory fresh, come in the condition we received from the manufacturer, and not touched by various people unlike those being sold in physical stores.
Incorrect Merchandise
If you received an item different from what you ordered, kindly inform us immediately at sales@tacticalasia.com or via text, chat on our website or FB messenger. We will pay for the return shipping cost if it is the result of our error. The item(s) must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the merchandise. We will coordinate with you on the procedure of the return and ship to you the correct item free of charge.
Wrong Size / Item Ordered
We accept returns for shirts, pants, shorts, jackets, headgear, belts, gloves, protective gear, eyewear, and shoes if you ordered the wrong size; or for some reason you are not satisfied with it. We don’t accept returns for underwear, socks, whistles and earplugs for hygienic reasons. You may log in to your account and view your completed orders to create a return request. Or you may inform us immediately through email at sales@tacticalasia.com or contact us via live chat in our website or FB messenger from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
The item must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the merchandise. The buyer pays for the return shipping fees, while we will shoulder the shipping fees of the exchanged item to the customer. However, if the wrong items delivered are due to our fault, we will shoulder the shipping fees both ways.
If the size you wish to exchange for is not available, you may exchange it for a different item.
Returns Exceptions
We inspect each and every product that is returned. We reserve the right to refuse return for any and all returned items if one or more of the following has occurred:
Items purchased under Closeout category cannot be returned.
