Nitecore MT06MD 180 Lumens Penlight warranty hang-ups

just brought mine oct 2018, fast delivery, received the item in good condition, i am in a medical field ,but nearly a month or so, after a contamination (from work) and mild disinfection , the item started having issues with the switch especially on-off and modes, so i returned the item under warranty, customer service advised me to returned the item, it it will be sent to china (nitecore head office) for repairs by batch,with a 2-3 MONTHS WAITING PERIOD . So i am wondering , does the same goes with all nitecore products?, And I am still at he present, waiting for a promising update.
Hoping you customer service section can facilitate something to hasten the warranty claims less than 2-3 months. .

An Excellent Penlight

I received the item in great condition and at great speed from the company. I use it everyday at the clinics and am very pleased with its performance. If I lose this (as penlights are one of the most often lost items for doctors), I will definitely purchase one again from here.

Light quality is very good. The lowest setting is more than enough to look down throats. Color is also much better than yellow lights and there are many details that can be seen with this light.
