Morakniv Garberg Stainless

Out of the box, the Garberg wasn't that sharp - maybe it's just a Mora QC issue. It's sharp enough for food prep, to cut rope, split wood and do feather sticks but it barely passed my paper cut test. A bit of stropping fixed the sharpness issue though. I've taken it camping - the 90- degree spine works well doing wood shavings, and striking my fire rod. Splitting medium sized branches was also easy. Over all the Garberg is a great outdoors knife. It's light, easy to sharpen, and has a great feel to it. I'd definitely recommend it. Thanks TA!

The box it came in showed some wear. However, the Garberg inside looks unused. I'm used to handling the 511, 546, and Companion. This one is a bit heftier. Performs like a Morakniv should. I've used it for feathersticking and batoning and it still cuts paper. The sheath is ambidextrous and has good retention.
TA has the best prices for Moraknivs and their customer support is definitely topnotch.
