While I did place an order, it was cancelled by mutual agreement because I found your policy of requiring me to send in further identification (gov't ID) after I already gave my credit card and personal information unjustified. The reason given to me was that you've received complaints of unauthorized purchases perhaps through credit card fraud. Other online sellers (Amazon, Lazada, even Galleon), who probably get even more complaints never asked for additional ID.

I hope to make a purchase from you in the future but it is my hope that you do something about this unnecessary layer of hassle in your process.
