Prompt responses to texts and efficient updates provided via email and Tac-Asia site. Patch color and quality are superb and would definitely complement my military-inspired belt bag. Delivery was also prompt and the patch was sealed in plastic and contained in a well-sealed box. Even though the item is not considered fragile, taking these extra steps reflects Tac-Asia's great care for its items and their clients. Really love this patch! Thanks guys! Till my next purchase :)
