Good knife for EDC

This is a good knife. The handle is a bit thicker than what I'm used to, but it does the job and feels durable.

A serious knife for pros

This is one serious blade. Designed by veteran firefighter/medical first responder Rick Hinderer, this product from Gerber is your true friend during any emergency.

Pros: Innovative (proprietary) release mechanism (you'll use a button for a liner lock, so you can say goodbye to occasional fumbling); has dedicated seatbelt cutter, glass breaker, and oxygen tank wrench; partly serrated blade.

Cons: A bit heavy but manageable as an everday carry
