The FrogLube Solvent is a non-toxic, environmentally green gun cleaning product that rapidly attacks surface fouling, baked on or filmed residues, and metallic fouling like lead and copper. It is a degreasing solvent, powder cleaning and rifle bore cleaner. It also protects the coat of your firearms, paints, wood and other materials from the corrosive effect of flammable and toxic weapon care products that are petroleum-based. It is designed to work with FrogLube CLP Liquid or Paste to provide an all-natural weapon care system. Simply apply a generous amount, scrub with a nylon brush for a minute or two, and wipe clean using a microfiber towel.  Then apply FrogLube CLP to lubricate and protect.  

Unlike other products, the regular use of the solvent will ensure that your firearm is working at its best performance without damaging the FrogLube coating. The ingredients used are USDA Certified Food-Grade, with every component of the product made in the USA using a proprietary formula. As with other FrogLube products, the FrogLube Solvent is earth friendly and can be disposed of without the need for HAZMAT controls.
