this is a bit blade heavy, with no counterweight at the handle, but nothing you cannot handle. mine came with no issues and hair shaving sharp. it is also longer than expected despite the specs. definitely one of the good value Cold Steel machetes out there.

It's quite tip heavy and a Made in China 65 Mn Blade Material.
