The quality is good. It was original, though what scares me is the warranty of the bag, from which I believe is lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Yet, Good service overall

2nd Bag and counting

This is the second bag I purchased after the moab 10. This is my goto bag for day trips and if I have a lot more to bring in. Like the moab 10, I also placed this bag to the test, and yes the usual; Dirt, grime, sweat, blood, etc, after everything it looks very rugged and very very durable. Maybe I'll be getting the 24 next. The service of TacAsia is supreme, I really like how they answer your questions and take care of you every step of the way. The courier services though I had a bit of a problem with. I made it so that the items would be delivered to my office, I work on graveyard when we're not on standby and having them deliver during the morning or afternoon would work to my advantage since anyone at work can take it in for me. The sad part is that they called me in the middle of my sleep (day) saying they cannot deliver to my office and that I had to come down (I was at home!). Told them I couldnt do that, and had to bother the people in my division to go down and get the package. The experience was a bit disappointing. I hope tacAsia can help us with future purchases regarding that.
