Full Metal Housing

With its extremely small thermal resistance, the full metal housing of HA20 can effectively transit the heat from the LED to its exterior. The seamless unibody design allows for larger heat dissipation surface of HA20. thus significantly improving its heat dissipation efficiency.

Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) Technology

Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) Technology, along with the effective cooling fins, allows HA20 to dynamically adjust output performance according to its internal temperature, thus maintaining its internal temperature within safety margins. This prevents damage from overheating and prolongs its working life.

ATR Intelligent Temperature Management Keeping it Cool inside out

HA20 integrates an ATR module to adjust its brightness based on real-time temperature detection, avoiding excessive heat and ensuring HA20's high performance from its compact body.

The innovative die-cast technology gives HA20 a unibody housing that eliminates extra battery compartment or magazine. Therefore, HA20 is lighter, handier than most plastic headlamps in the market.

Smaller Size

Our Engineers upgrade the industrial design again to pioneer the use of unibody die-cast technology in making a headlamp housing that is impossible under conventional approaches. The better yet small components are delicately arranged into the compact housing: the two AA batteries are precisely fit behind the reflector. This design keeps HA20 perfectly balance in terms of weight, just to make it convenient and comfortable for your carrying and wearing.

Direct Red Constant Illumination/Red Beacon

*protects night-adapted human vision and avoids interfering wildfire for better use in various outdoor application.

• With the light turned off, press the switch partway down for over one second to enter red constant illumination mode:
• In red constant illumination mode, press the switch partway down to switch between red constant illumination and red beacon. To exit, press the switch all the way down to turn HA20 off.

Portable Multimeter and Location Indicator

Upon battery installation, the red LED's will blink to indicate battery voltage(accurate to O.1V).With HA20 turned off, pressing the head switch activates the red LEDs to blink and indicate battery voltage.

HA20 utilizes two AA batteries that are universal, inexpensive and accessible worldwide. It is also compatible with rechargeable AA Ni-MH batteries.

HA20 incorporates innovative "Precision Digital Optics Technology" (PDOT). PDOT utilizes digital simulation and precise point-to-point curved reflective methods to optimize reflector performance. This ensures a more consistent, uniform and full-coverage beam capable of illuminating targets at distance.
