Lansky Deluxe Turn-Box Crock Stick Sharpener

The Lansky Deluxe Turn-Box Crock Stick Sharpener is a two-stage sharpening system that restores the edge to your knives’ blades such as kitchen, filet, and regular knives. It features a hardwood turn box with storage in the base for the rods when they are not in use. Four pre-drilled holes in the wood block are made to set the rods on its sharpening angles: 25 degrees and 20 degrees. The 25-degree sharpening angle is commonly used on kitchen knives to achieve a sharp, durable edge. The 20-degree, on the other hand, is for those who want to achieve a very sharp edge, such as on filet knives and knives to be used for cutting tomatoes.

The set includes two medium 600 grit grey rods and two fine 1000 grit white rods so you can have a razor-sharp edge with a few swipes. The Lansky Deluxe Turn-Box Crock Stick Sharpener is very compact and can be disassembled before storing inside your kitchen drawer or tackle box, and it’s light enough to be carried inside your backpack.
