Fenix Warranty Details

1) Seven (7) days free replacement: Fenix will replace items with factory defect within seven days, provided:

• It is accompanied by proof of purchase.
• No physical damage on the unit.
• Item is unused.
• Contents and packaging are complete and undamaged.

2) If the product has been discontinued, Fenix will replace it with a similar model or an improved model.

3) Five (5) years free repair: Fenix will offer free repair within 5 years for lights from the date of purchase if problem develops with normal use. Different warranty period for different products:

Note:If you register the flashlight on the manufacturer’s website, you will get an additional 6 months warranty on the light and battery. (applies to Category 1 & 2 only). Other products and accessories not listed above or free products provided by Fenix are not covered within the product's warranty.

4) Limited lifetime warranty: For lights past the free repair warranty period, we provide lifetime repairs but will charge for parts. We will notify customer the cost of the part before repair.

5) The free warranty does not cover any damages or failure caused by:

a. Normal wear & tear
b. Rough operation
c. Battery leakage
d. Any defects or damages caused by the improper operations include but not limited to the operation which does not comply with the warranty or notes shown in the product specification. For example, the product specification will describe that “please do not disassemble the sealed head, as doing so can damage the flashlight and will void the warranty.”
e. Any defects or damaged led by other behaviors which cannot be controlled by TA.
