Monadnock Double Cuff Black are disposable cuffs that have two individual cuffs instead of the traditional single strap cuff.  This provides quicker subject control after one cuff is placed on the wrist or ankle.  It has half-inch wide strap to prevent the strap from cutting into the skin.
