Nitecore protected 18650 batteries

I went around looking for 18650 batteries after buying the TK 35 from TA. The first couple of batteries, supposedly at 2800mAh, I was able to buy were unprotected and were a mere P10 cheaper than the Nitecore protected batteries. And I have read a lot about its volatility. So the next two pairs I bought were, naturally, these Nitecore batteries 2300mAh. Nice packaging but I still have to use it for longer periods of time.

Is this compatible with Fenix PD32? Is this also equivalent to 2-CR123a batteries? Thanks.

Hi. We are not sure if the Nitecore NL1823 18650 battery is compatible with Fenix PD32. We cannot test it since the battery is sealed in a blister packaging. Upon checking the manual of Fenix PD32, the recommended battery is Fenix ARB-L18 Series 18650 batteries. For other brands of 18650 batteries, the stated usability in the manual is "Caution". For safety, you may use Fenix 18650 batteries. Kindly check these links:

definitely not, 18650 batteries is a lot bigger than AA batteries which is used to power the SENS so theres no way to put the 18650 inside the SENS. for reference, the 18650 battery in "itself" was about the same size as the whole SENS.
