Good Quality Webbing Manager

A nifty widget for securing webbings, I've used it to secure the tube of my hydration pack. It attaches and detaches easily, and secures the webbings well. I've managed to put a compass zipper pull tab on the ends of the rubber cord to make it look better. Can hold small diameter flashlights as well.
