Note: Hand specialists recommend lower resistance and more repetitions rather than higher resistance and fewer reps.

PRO is most advanced exerciser. It was designed for professional athletes and motivated individuals seeking maximum performance. PRO is larger in profile than Gripmaster and allows for greater spring resistance. PRO isolates and strengthens each finger for superior hand, wrist and forearm strength. Prohands offer five color-coded models of graduated resistance.

Important: Always exercise slowly and cautiously. If you experience any pain, stop immediately and see your doctor. Excessive use may cause pain or injury.
