Tough, robust, heavy duty.

The blade is sharp, holds sharpness fairly well, and the is both light weight and fuss free which is important for back packing and outdoor use.

there were some rust in the blade
was able to clean it but some slight pitting remains
but it's alright since I'm just using this as a beater knife

The knife is good. It is sharp and light weight good for EDC

Another great knife from Morakniv. Like the thick spine and the polished high carbon steel. Ordered one more from Tactical Asia.

Legit item! what can i say, mora knives are built for excellence and this is a bang for the buck!

Thank you Tacticalasia very sharp out of the box. . . i got the heavy duty and stainless version both perfect knife for me. . .

I've purchased several knives from Tactical Asia. All came in perfect condition.
Perfect transaction as always. Thanks

I bought one companion stainless steel and heavy duty carbon steel. I'll say that I like the feel of the blades and they look good. I tried the blade sharpness of the HD on the cardboard that was used in shipping the item. After some slices through the cardboard, I can see a number of dull parts on the blade. Not really impressed.

As to the SS, I notice the day after I received the item that there is a dull portion near the point of the blade. I do not know how it got it but I have never used the blade.

Both blades now have some damage to the blade. I am not going to buy another Morakniv blade. I honestly do not know why these knives have five star ratings.

Isa itong halimaw na patalim sa murang presyo. Sulit.

Awesome knife for general campcraft/bushcraft applications. Very sturdy and came quite sharp out of the box. Got it sharp enough to shave with very little effort. For a hundred or so peso difference I'd recommend you get the hd version. The blade is noticeably thicker and will probably stand up to more abuse or batoning.

I always wanted to have a Mora Heavy-Duty Companion Carbon-Steel Bushcraft Knife, and now - I have one (got it in an orange color for me to see it & find it better in the night which also reflects to my lively & adventurous attitude!) & am enjoying it more than ever; it never disappoints me, to think that the added joy & satisfaction would be the fact that Tac-Asia offers & really gives good service when they remind you of the products imperfections and inconsistencies before they ship it to you, & the shipping of the blade from Tac-Asia was incredibly fast - it only took 2-days (instead of 3-days) for the knife to be shipped! This Bushcraft knife's reputation really precedes its' quality & performance; Well! - What can you say more?! - It came out sharp, as in - really sharp out of the box! So take good care when you purchase one to keep your important fingers stuck to your hands. This is indeed is an All-time Favorite Bushcraft Knife which does justice for it being unmistakably overrated; & the best thing of all about this knife - "The Price!" Put my money to good use really well. . .
