With Bob Koga’s background in Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Jo-do, Aikido, and 25 years in the LAPD, he designed the ideal intermediate impact tool made of unbreakable plastic, the Cold Steel Mini Koga SD2. Great weapon!

Nice and light. Easy to keep in the pocket. A bit difficult to draw out of your jeans though. . so best kept in the back pocket. . .

Self-defense EDC perfection

I own several tac pens and kubotans and I wasn't contented. They're usually too thin and not long enough for effective SD.
The CD koga SD2 withh its 1 inch diameter gives me a good grip and fistload for a devastating punch. And its long enough at 6. 5 inches thatt the tapered points protrude from both sides of my fist enabling me to vary my hits from hammerfist to saber thrusts. But its not too big and still fits in my pocket comfortably. Its made of durable polycarbonate plastic so no worry about rust and corrosion. My search has finally ended. The CS koga SD2 is SD EDC perfection.

SUPERB!

Received my item the day after I made the order. I am so pleased with the Mini Koga. I love how snug and smooth it feels to my hand. The tips protrude just enough. Very deceptive and easy to carry. Choosing this one over the Koga SD1 was the right choice.
