Will this fit snugly inside 5.11 water bottle holder?

Dunno about 5-11 but it fits the max 10x4 with d maxped bottle but you should change ur cap to a CAPcap for your 13.8 oz bottle si that when you put it on d bottle holder you could snug in the mug upside down to d bottle and close d holder

oh yes po! i boiled water in the 450 travel mug using the triad stove, adjust lang support to fit the bottom of the mug- boils water in a jiffy! although you will need mittens to hold the folding handles which can really be hot! but the keep cool rim is true as advertized but it would be safer to use the 750 mug which is much easier to handle and you wont need to adjust the triad stove support to fit the bottom of the mug

will a 32 Oz Nalgene bottle nest in this cup ?

yup and it can even fit the maxpedition bottle holder of 10 x 4

After doing some more research I found out that a 32 Oz bottle will NOT fit inside this cup, though a smaller Nalgene bottle like a 24 OZ will fir inside..
