This Rothco mess kit is based on the WWII-vintage M-1942 U. S. Army mess kit with its simple and durable stainless steel construction. The vintage military origin of its design shows in its simplicity, durability and ease of storage.
I find it to be a much more ideal solution for a regular use mess set than more common plastic wares, as I'
ve found plastic to be more prone to scratches from cutlery and stains from sauces, making sanitary clean up more difficult in the long term. I have found the same to be true for plastic drink tumblers when compared to stainless steel thermoses. This is exacerbated by the fact that plastic is porous whereas stainless steel is not.
As such, I would definitely recommend this product for long-term use, despite costing a bit more than plastic alternatives.

The Pilar performs great just as I have seen on video reviews, the finger choil on the blade just needs a little bit of getting used to so as not to hurt yourself but other than that all is well. Delivery, again TA is the fastest online seller I know. Received mine "again" in less than 24 hours, thanks TA til next time
Just what I want it to be for my other phone . Fit just right and looks sturdy.
Very loud! And very well-packaged!
Great for carrying stuff for the day, be it for work or play. It may be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, which is quality. It has two water bottle holders on each side which is great for holding a folding umbrella on one and a water bottle on the other. The Maxpedition Lithvore :+1:
Very nice! Thanks Tactical Asia!
Very nice EDC Knife. Very sharp and easy on the hand. Weight is good and the Karambit is very workable in terms of maneuvering and transitioning grips
I use one to attach the lanyard on my radio to my vest. Secure the end of my Camelbak's drinking tube. If you want to temporarily stash an item on your LBE, the grimlock is one-hand open and close, which is handy. I use one to secure my gloves to my chest rig/bag when not on my hands.
This 80mm Accessory Carabiner is great for attaching things together. Carry with you on any trip both urban and outdoor. Best of all, it's lightweight.
I like DAA pocket gauge better than the EGW, almost the same dimension vs my barrel when doing barrel drop, decreases time spent on bullet gauging : 100 rounds = 5 loads of 20 in less 3 minutes.
Paracord survival bracelets can be swiftly used to make a sling to immobilize an injured arm, or use to secure a splint to injured fingers or limbs.
These are just a few of the practical and potentially lifesaving uses of a Colt Tactical S.P.E.A.R. Survival Bracelet (Self Preservation Evasion and Reliance). There are many more, just use your imagination and be sure you are wearing your survival bracelet, you never know when you may need it!
