Learn how to use the river and sea repair kit
Step 1 - Prep the gear. Locate the tear, puncture, or leak and make sure the surface is clean and dry using the included alcohol wipe. Remove any dirt, sand, or oils for the best bond.

Step 2 - Apply adhesive. Use Aquaseal + FD to cover the damaged area with a thin, even layer. Wait 30 minutes for the adhesive to begin curing before moving to the next step.

Step 3 - Apply a patch. When the adhesive has become tacky, peel the backing off a Tenacious Tape patch. Apply the patch over the repair, applying pressure from the inside of the patch outwards for best adhesion.

Step 4 - Let it cure. Lay the item flat, and allow Aquaseal + FD to cure overnight or for 8–12 hours (to speed cure-time up to 2 hours, we recommend Cure Accelerator. Sold separately). Once cured, the repair is permanent, flexible, and waterproof—keeping your gear river- and sea-ready.
