TA Survey Results Out

Last March, we sent out an online survey to all our valued customers. Several responded and provided useful insights on how we can serve you better.

Below are some of the interesting results:

On our delivery time, around 2/3 of you received their order within our committed time frame, i.e., 1-2 business days for addresses within Metro Manila, 2-3 business days outside Metro Manila

70% of you are satisfied with the available shipping options.

Most of you find our customer service representatives either extremely helpful or very helpful in addressing your concerns.

Your top 2 preferred payment options are:

1. Credit card, PayPal
2. Cash on delivery
   Note: Starting May 10, we will offer Cash on Delivery starting with Metro Manila addresses (pilot-testing)

   Note: We will look for more unique items you can’t find elsewhere

4. Free shipping on returns
   Note: We currently offer free return shipping for defective items.

Runner-ups:

1. Better website and app design
   Note: We will first redesign our website since 80% of you place your order via our website, while only 10% use the mobile app. Stay tuned. 


2. Lower the order requirement to get free shipping
   Note: For the month of May, we will experiment lowering our order requirement to get free shipping: P1,499 for Metro Manila, P1,999 for outside Metro Manila

We have taken note of your overwhelming suggestions on the items and brands we should carry. We may not be able to offer everything but we’ll try our best to look for suppliers on the items you guys suggested.

Your thoughts of TacticalAsia.com changing its store name?

Most of you have no problem on us selling items/categories not related to tactical gear and want us to retain our brand. Thus, we won’t be changing our store name anytime soon. We will focus more on our niche, i.e. tactical, outdoor and survival gear, to serve you better.
